The first ELI-ism on our blog comes courtesy of an email from Uncle Matt.
Conversation with Eli as he watched Little Bill this morning (a show about teachers)....Matt: "So who is your favorite teacher, Eli? Daddy?" Eli: "You are not a teacher, Daddy." Matt: "Yes I am! How about Ms. Karla, Ms. Rafaly, Aunt Nicole... Aunt Naomi... she's a teacher too." Eli: "Aunt Naomi's not a teacher. She's a goalie!"

(Drum roll please... the punch line)
...............
..."But now she's too old for that."
